Health Care Surcharge Summary

As promised, we are posting the information around our health care service charge for our customers to see. In October 2014, we began offering full coverage health care to all of our staff members who worked 30 hours or more per week. For those that were not scheduled 30 or more hours per week, we worked with them to provide enough hours for them to obtain the benefit if they wanted it. As a result, we were able to provide full coverage health care to over 180 employees, many experiencing the benefit of health care for the first time. Where there is a deficit the restaurant has covered that amount. Where there is a surplus, the additional funds collected have been saved and will be applied to increases for the following year.
